Hi guys, i'm having rather weird issues where every now and then (every minute or so) my speedo spazzes out (while idling and while riding), as if its a tacho and i just reved the engine super quick. I noticed at the same time it does this, the rear most relay under the back of the seat "clicks", i tried removing the relay and it still does it.

The second issue is my tacho is glitchy as well and will jump around sometimes, and sometimes spaz out the same time as the speedo spazzez out.

Any ideas? its a 99 model.
