Is there one anywhere? What do i torque the plugs to? Gap? Thanks.

 

They have one on the website buts its not for an F4. I would download the F4 service manual. Follow the instructions on removing the airbox. You will see the plugs right below it after its removed. If you'v changed car plugs before its the same. Buy the Iridum plugs, they are just a $1 than the regular ones in sparkplugs.com and are pregaped.

Edit: BTW, just hand screw them in and once your not strong enough to screw them down anymore use a wrench and screw it in a tad bit more. 1/8-1/4 turn. That should be good.
