Did some testing today to beleive its the fuel pump relay. When turning on the key it shoots out a pitiful stream not enough to do anything. When you try to start it the fuel pump does not put anything out. Hot wired the pump and it works fine. So i ordered a relay to test out.. I wont get it till mid week. Hopefully that solves it.

if you are talking about the fuel pump transfer relay (the second one in from the back of the bike on the right side) you can take out the relay and jumper between the blue/black and white/black wires on the wiring harness to test if the relay is bad. If you get good flow with it jumped the relay is bad, if not, it's possibly your fuel pump or another electrical component. A side note for jumping the wires, in the plug block there are two white/black wires, but they tie together later in the wiring harness further on.

Just a side note. A guy did just recently rewired my tail. Could this be the problem if its not the relay? The fuses all seem to be fine though?
