Default re Carbs flooding secondary air system

My 2000 CBR 600F-Y (6000 miles on the clock ) has been laid up for years and the fuel was not drained.( My fault ) What I have done so far.
Bike has been striped down. Air box cleaned, new main filter, waiting on delivery of the secondary air filters. Tank removed and cleaned. To be honest with you it was not that bad considering. All the fuel lines have been replaced as they had gone hard.New fuel filter. New oil filter not yet fitted. Will do that after I have finished and drained the oil for new. Carbs removed. Replaced all the gaskets on the float chambers accept one as I cannot get the screw out.(looks like I will have to try harder.) Cleaned the other 3 with carb cleaner . Again it was not as bad as I was expecting. Put everything back. Bike started after some time. Took a while for fuel to fill up the float chambers. Once it started it sounded pretty good but then I got fuel coming out of a drain hose on the secondary air solenoid. Just taken the air box off to check I had all the hoses in the right place. I found an old post on here with a colour coded diagram for all the secondary air,PAIR system hoses etc. All is as it should be but when I pulled the secondary air hose off the T piece close to the carbs, there was fuel in it. Am I right in thinking I have a stuck float, which is flooding the carbs and coming out the secondary air system. Thanks in advance.

Default Carbs update

just putting my carbs back together after a thorough clean. If anyone is interested I can put some pictures up of it in various stages. One of the jets on number 1 was completely blocked. One thing that is very odd. This is a Uk spec, UK registered bike, but I have a set of California jets in it. 1 and 4 has a 132. 2 and 3 have 135's. According to the Haynes manual it should be 130 and 132's.

Absolutely. Post all the pics and descriptions you can.
It's interesting for those of us who have been around for a while and super helpful for those that are giving a carb rebuild a shot for the 1st time.
