Quality of eBay windscreens?
 

Ive had a clear screen on my bike from Day 1, but unfortunately one of the corners cracked off. I have two questions about screens like

I was wondering if these screens are painted or tinted, if its tinted I am assuming you can see through it (even a little). It looks tinted due to the edge of the screen being a bit liter than the rest.

My second question is the quality of these, if anyone has bought and had any experience with it.

Yes they are tinted acrylic, and yes you can see through them. I purchased one of those screens, and hated the style. The db started in the center of the screen, which threw the lines of the bike out completely. So after looking around I found one of these:

The lines of this screen are awesome. The DB starts at the bottom of the screen and flows with the bike alot nicer than the other. I found it was a bit to tall for what I like, so I cut it down and now I think it's the best screen for the F4's, IMHO. I never saw those other ones the OP linked to, fery vugly.

i've got a tinted one made by bestem and got it off ebay.. you can see through it a little but not if there isn't light, it didn't fit exactly but still i was able to make it work and it looks pretty good
