Default Powdercoat Project

some pictures from when I powdercoated my bike. Everything from frame to kickstand..

looks sharp. did the powder coat on the sprocket cause any troubles? I was always a little leary of changing the width of the sprocket and it wearing the chain.

Nope, powdering the sprocket had no adverse effects. The coating wore off everywhere the chain came in contact after about 100 miles

The thing I am more interested in is that seat cowl where did you get it or did you make it?

Yeah, I made the seat cowl out of fiberglass. I tried to make a mold for it to reproduce it, but after a few failed attempts I gave up on it..
