only if you have pod filters on or you run no air box. i did the block on on my ex 500 becasue i ran pod filters and just wanted to remove hoses that werent being used. fas as i know no one make them for the f4. and unless the bike never sees the street i would leave them on.

Ya I was just wondering. I have a KNN, full Yoshi exhaust, race jet kit and, an ignition advance.

Instead of using block off plates can I just plug the line on the airbox side?

i would find another set of the pair valve caps and seal them up at the cap instead of the air box and take everythring realtive to the pair valve system an put it up for safe keeping if ever wanted to sell the bike.

OK I think what I will do is just unhook it from the airbox plug the line take it for a quick spin and see if there is any difference. That way if I don't like it I wont have to reinstall everything if I don't like it.

Yes they do make them for the F4, I have them on mine.

No they don't make much difference, I only did mine because I had 1 bad reed and my bike would backfire every once in a while. It took care of that problem. There is however that little check box on your bikes title pertaining to the emmissions system!

i plan on doing it just to have the extra room...that **** takes up a bunch of space around the spark plugs, would def. make changing them easier.

Question... What does this procedure do to the bike performance wise?
