I change mine at about half the distance of wots recommended, But it really comes down to the type of riding, how often you ride and where your ride. If you do short runs & if the bikes sits around for long periods, then change the oil more often.

 

how is semi synthetic?
My first change i used belray semi synth...
should i just use conventional or full synthetic any recommendations?
