no prob pug, i was checking out the tires again today and i might replace them but they look fine to me, and its been garage stored the whole time so i think theyll be fine for a little bit. I figured out the pump, i had hooked up the tank to the outlet and the line out to the inlet so it was trying to pump back up into the tank. i switched them and no more noise. HOWEVER... still not starting

 

UPDATE: I figured out the pump issue, i mixed up the inlet/outlet ports and it was trying to push gas back up into the tank, NOW i have the tank off and the air box off and everything loosened so i should be able to get the carbs off, however, theyre not budging, i loosened the four clamps that hold it to the engine but im wondering if im missing something? all the hoses are disconnected as well, any tips that would be helpful in getting them actually off?
