New battery - Bike ran - Now won't start - Low power
Alright everyone...
So I just got my bike out of the shop because it died yesterday and wouldn't start. There was FULL power... everything worked as far as electrical but bike just wouldn't start.
Shop took apart, plugs were fine, battery was charged, fuel pump was working, put it back together... and now it starts! So, I rode it home and then around the block a few times and everything was golden.
Had it sitting for about hour and a half and went out there just now to start it... neutral light is really dim, blinkers won't work, bike won't even attempt to start.
What is the deal? This is a brand new battery and it was fully charged at the shop.
Any ideas? Thanks an advance.

It looks like I need to get a battery charger, regardless of this problem or not. Which one of these will work?
battery charger - Walmart.com

I personally use a BatteryTender Jr... Battery Tender Junior 12V @ 0.75A - Motorcycle - Batterytender.com. Most CycleGear stores stock them.

It's a 1999. I have the battery charger out there now and I can get power but not enough for the engine to start.
Towards the rear tail of the bike (under seat near the electrical wiring for signals and brakes), there is a small black plastic box that is making a loud buzzing sound and if I touch it, it's vibrating. What does this mean or is it irrelevant?
