Need help on dialing in suspension...
 

Can you guys help me out? I'm about 215 lbs...need help with suggestions for street suspension dial ins. I'm running 32/34 psi if that matters.

im not really qualified to answer the question, but i could suggest you bring it in to your local shop. Im sure they will know what do to for you.

I would max it out w/dampeners and work down from there

For starter you should get the tire pressure up. I ride on 34/38, it should be a good starting point.
Next i would look into replacing the springs to ones suited for your weight. This should make the suspension behave much better even on the stock settings. For this you can use one of the online calculators available. I am personally familiar with the one on racetech site, but there should be more.

After these, and after you set the sag with the new springs, look into the different online howto's for setting the suspension, but that part will take time.

If you want to avoid the expense for the springs, only replace the fork oil and go on from there.
However, youshould spend the money, since the original are more for a 140 lb rider, like me :-)

+1 on a shop, they will know exactly what you need and how to do it. Also if its a shop that works on a lot of track bike they will give you a lot of info for free and setup your suspension for cheap. I think the shop near me does a basic adjustment for $25. Definitely replace your oil.

Avi is right about the springs but how much do you want to spend? One of the forums sponsors is offering awesome discounts on ohlins stuff. I'm looking into upgrading my suspension as well so its whats on my mind too. :)
