Yeah, that's this thread... https://cbrforum.com/forum/f4i-main-...ed-f4i-125554/ . He used '06 cbr600rr swingarm & '07 cbr100rr forks.

Give your current setup a chance. Get a proper suspension setup/tune done just for you. You'd be surprised how much it will help. Try that for awhile b/f making drastic changes.

thank you! yea I wasn't planning on doing over the winter or next summer. It was more in the well maybe, lets see what others think phase.

So its been awhile but heres an update. Got a call from cbrfairings.com letting me know that the fairings I ordered were returned to them saying that I have an invalid address. Haven't had much trouble before, but they will ship them to my work on Monday for free!!

I took advantage of black Friday and ordered a new alternator cover, gasket, bolts and pin; as well as picked up new set of clip-ons all for $200 with shipping. cant wait for that to come and I start riding again

yea just wish the paycheck was bigger so I could really get to work over the winter.

New alternator cover came today! Installed it without a hitch and put some seafoam in the gas. So happy its up and running again cuz the weather is still great!

pictures of the cover? I bought my cbr last week just cleaning it and getting it 100% ready come summer.

do you mean a cover for the bike to protect it from weather?

Oh and I redid the seats so stand by for pics.
