Picked up some chrome wheels and black shorty levers. For those who have done levers...is there anything special needed to do them? I took the clutch lever off but couldn't get the cable free from the lever so I wasn't sure if I need a special tool? I may just have the shop do them..not sure yet. Once the garage gets built I'll be doing my paint...ooohhhh yeah! I do paint on the side just for fun but never messed with satin/matte colors...does anyone know if I can use a standard clear coat? I was going to use Dupli-Color just b/c I can lol...just not sure if that's a good idea? Any input?

you should slide the clutch cable adjuster all the way IN (loosen the cable), and then align it so the grooves are looking forward and you can pull back on the cable and then forward to get it out of the perch.
now you have to get the cable end weight down while the cable is in front of the perch and you have set the cable free.
it's from memory, but that's how it should go.
