Carbs are cleaned from last week with the electronic diagnostic you helped me with. I cycled the engine so fuel is present.

Did we do the Starter test , that is place the red probe on the Positive terminal of the battery and the Neg probe on the starter motor terminal (the nut on top ), crank the engine while watching the voltmeter voltage drop should be less than 0.5 of a volt

Right , then with the same procedure (leaving the red probe on the positive terminal of the battery) place the black probe firstly on the nut closest to the battery of the starter relay and crank again, then on the furthest nut of the starter relay and test again , we need to find where the resistance is

Could it be that my battery doesn’t have the cranking amp to turn it?

If its the factory Specs should be ok, that's why we are trying out the cables from the battery to the Starter Motor for resistance, a cable might not be performing as it should, (broken wires at terminals , solenoid) resistance will kill the amps needed, but if this test proves ok we can look further

I’ve gotten a .56 from the red probe to positive terminal and black probe to starter nut. I got 10.6 from red probe to positive terminal and black probe to starter ground. (Without plugs in)
