Leaking coolant
 

When my bike gets warm it leaks coolant sometimes. I can't tell where cuz of the fairings being on. I'm pretty sure it's coming from the right side. I was wondering if anyone would know what it is. I was thinking if the thermostat isn't working rite would that cause the coolant to leak?

First thing I would do is take off the fairings, than you will have a better chance of finding out where its coming from.

coolant leaks are easy to find. let the bike run, or ride it a bit, then see where its coming from. the pressure in the system will push it out. all you need to do is look.

there is no way we can tell you accurately where it's coming from, with the information given....

Look for simplest solution first...
Could be leaking from hose joints. Sometimes a quick tightening of the clamp will solve this.
Could be leaking from overflow bottle hose...again, check.
Could be leaking from radiator itself, at the cap...check for secure cap.
Go from there.

It only leaks once in a while. I have been trying to run it. Fan kicks on goes off. Needle stays rite in the middle.

I'd bet they make an adapter for the radiator cap so that you can pressure test the coolant system. If you can;t tell where its coming from without that, then rent a pressure tester (autozone has a free rent-a-tool program where you pay a deposit up front) and pressurize the coolant system to force the leak. It should be pretty easy to find the leak if you give it some pressure.
