Ignition Switch Wiring Assistance
 

This is sort of part two of the previous thread I posted. I apologize if there's anything I missed as far as having to link the two or something like that.

Anyhow, I damaged my ignition switch and ordered an eBay kit which included everything needed. Of course, this is not an OEM fit and I am now sitting here with two paperweights :icon_goofygrin:

I have inserted a picture of both switches, if anyone could either provide the wiring diagram for the OEM switch or any info they may have with these please let me know!

This is for a 2000 CBR600 F4

Take the cover off the stock one. You will probably see a diode on the pink wire the eBay one is missing. I wasn't sure if the f4 had it or not, but i see an extra pink wire in your photo

I ended up ordering a different one, turns out the eBay seller sent me the incorrect unit *surprise* :icon_goofygrin:

I’ll check the new unit when it arrives for that diode.
