Default Running Issues

Hello again, so after getting my bike going I noticed it would run for about 20 mins or so till it got up to temp. My cooling fan does kick on, although I'm going to have to run power to the wire that's supposed to have 12 volts but doesn't, anyways I let it warm up, the cooling fan kicks on and then a few minutes after that my neutral light will start to flicker and my idle starts going crazy and then it will die and my neutral light will be off, even though its still in nuetral, my red oil light will be on and it won't let me turn it over untill I rock the bike side to side and my neutral light will flicker back on and I can start it, only for it to die again 5 seconds after. Any ideas on what could be wrong? Or where I can start to diagnose? Any help would be appreciated.

Take a look at this connector, if all you have to do is rock the bike side to side to get it to work it sounds like there is something loose

Which connector and or sensor are you referring to on that diagram? And also I should note that when it is cold before I start it and when I first start it I have no issues with the idle and the neutral light. Everything works the way it should, and when it gets up to normal temp and it runs for a little bit after that point is when the neutral light starts to flicker and it starts to run rough until it dies.

As you can see from the diagram ,the sensors that you are having trouble with all run through that connector, there are only 2 9pin connectors on you bike the other one runs toward the headlight, follow the coloured wires from the diagram until you get to the 9pin connector and make sure it hasnt melted, you have to start somewhere and that seems the most logical place to start
