Just to add to the debate about an F4i SYSTEM on an F4. It works.

The M4 full race system sounds absolutely awesome. No w.here near as loud as the D&D, but has a nice deep tone. Still fine tuning the performance side of things, but no popping or noticable boggy spots.

Did you have to do any modifications to make it fit or was it just bolt on?

The full system just bolted on. I keep repeating FULL. A slip on or an end can will not fit. You can not mix headers and cans.

It bolted right up - sounds delicious.

Yea, I knew you meant the full m4 system. Its good to know that full f4i systems work because they have so many more choices.

I was mostly repeating it again and again in the event someone else stumbles across this post, and then buys a slip-on and it didn't work.

Ya - it's a great thing to know.

Have the same setup on mine. Sounds raw and gives me a woody everytime I fire it up. : )

Did loose a smidge of mid range, even after the jet kit, but I don't need it on the track. I'm hardly under 9500rpm unless i'm in the pits.

Pics will be coming when I get decals on the bike again. Please remember this is a track bike that's been toured and not a beauty queen!
