RE: How much hp?

RE: How much hp?

|
RE: How much hp?
You're on about models after the fx and fy, the fuel injected and sport versions; F-1 and FS-1 onward and its actually 108bhp(80.5kw)@12,500rpm according to my haynes manual.

RE: How much hp?
So our bikes aren't fuel injected? What are they?
|
RE: How much hp?
They are still carbuerated. The F4I model in 2001 started the fuel-injected cbr's.
As far as HP goes, they run around 93 stock, but with a can and jet kit, you may be able to get 100 hp. |
RE: How much hp?
Yep as adam said, the F-X and F-Y models are carbuerated. Then the F-1 (F4I) and onwards are fuel injected systems.
So any thing including and before the F-Y on the CBR F models is carbed. |
RE: How much hp?
What are the advantages/disadvantages of having a carb engine?
