Default Help with loosening oil drain valve

Which way am i suppose to turn the bolt for the oil drain bolt if i am on the left side (opposite from the exhaust)?

I swear the god, the previous owner that did a oil change used a industrial electric drill to screw it on, Its on ridiculously tight, turning both ways feels like its tightening the valve.? Someone help

Right Tighty, Lefty Loosey never worked for me.
I always remember:

Clockwise = Tighten
Counter-Clockwise = Loosen

So for you....you would want to turn it towards the front of the bike...as I imagine it in my head...

Hope its not stripped out.

gonna need a thread insert or a new pan. call a local machine shop and ask what they would charge. shouldnt be too much and they can probably do it on the bike.

just find out what size the screw is...then buy a tap for the next size bigger and tap it out. Then buy a bolt that will seal it and put some rtv on the bolt to make sure it ghetto-ly seals.
if you can throw old oil back in for a min to get the metal shavings that may be in there..out. I bet most of the metal comes out though.
