Fuel pump leaking

I'm don't post here much but I was hoping to find some help.

so some backstory...
after running a tank of untreated gas last season, my plugs fouled up and it wouldn't run right. There was fuel coming from the exhaust. It sat all winter in that state. Today I ripped it apart and cleaned the carb and put new plugs in. Reassembled and it started up fine, but now I'm leaking fuel from what looks like 2 places. The fuel pump itself (not from the hose connections). Also leaking up the fuel line from the pump where it connects to the carbs.

now the question is, what are the odds of the pump all of a sudden going bad and leaking (I haven't even touched it in years). Also is there and chance the leaking fuel pump could some how cause the other line further up to also leak?

also, I'm hoping to get this thing running on a budget so does anyone have any reviews on an ebay fuel pump? Is the price too good to be true?

I know it's alot to take in but im so close to this thing running and now it's just leaking gas everywhere and I can't find any holes in the hoses. If hate to have to open it all up again to reconnect a hose. Thank you all
