Default Front brake noise after 2nd rebuild this week

Hi everyone.
I have paid to have my front brakes stripped cleaned and rebuilt. The master cylinder was rebuilt, stainless steel hoses fitted, new seals and pads were fitted too. After going for a ride the left disk was really hot and the right was cool. I rode on using the back brake only and it was still hot. I took it back and the mechanic stripped the calipers again and said he couldn't find any problems.
I'm now at home and the front wheel doesn't spin freely and you can hear the pads rubbing on the disk. I've done a quick video to show you what I mean.

Cbr 600 brake noise:

All I want to know is if this is normal or is my mechanic just crap?
Any replies will be great

Cheers

That isn't normal. I wouldn't expect that if they'd been striped and cleaned.

This vid helped me although it is for a Bandit

Thanks for the video I will give it a try today. I still don't understand why my wheel can be like this after 2 strip downs in a week.

After a day in the garage I have cleaned the calipers as per the video, I have taken a little bit of fluid out of the master cylinder and I have cleaned the buttoms on both disks and the wheel now spins like this.
Cbr 600 front brakes after cleaning:

Is this more how it should spin or is there anything else I can do. My bike is my only form of transport so I am starting to worry about if I should be riding it to work tomorrow.
Any replies would be great Cheers agin

Just checked mine and they look quite similar to that last vid tbh.
Can you notice the bike slowing alot when you're coasting?

Cheers for the info. The bike doesn't seem to slow when coasting and after another 100 miles it seems much better when I spin the wheel. I'm hoping that it just needed time to bed in
