The SV650S is the one I'd get.. and I would need the side fairings regardless of whether it was an 00-02 or 03-up. The clipons and rearsets probably put the rider in almost the same triangle as the F4... I went to look at the F4 today.. nice ride.. I sat on it and it did feel more aggressive than the Ninja250, but I didn't find it to be outrageous.. and I wasnt riding.. just sitting... I have one more F3 I am waiting to hear about and then I will make a decision hopefully by this weekend.. its not exactly riding season so I am not totally dyin to get it now anyway..
