You would (obviously) need the headlight, upper fairing, upper fairing stay, some way of securing the F4 gauges if you dont go to the F4i setup (a whole other project), ram air covers, windscreen.. you can reuse your side to upper fasterners and turn signals...
I was thinking about this as far as wiring... we have three prong'd H4 bulbs... hi/low/ground.. the F4i uses (2) H7s... hi/grn and lo/grn Your best bet might be to buy an F4i headlight harness to get the H7 female plugs or find someone that sells them separate. Then, cut your H4 connector off.. run the high to one H7 female connector and the low to the other. Tree the ground wire to 2 wires and run a ground wire to each. In theory, that should work EXCEPT the low beam would illuminate one side (just like stock) and the high beam would like ONLY the other side (the low beam shuts off on the H4 since the bulb is a high/low). But my only concern would be if the charging system and/or the wiring/fuse would be able to handle both the high and low beam on at the same time. This swap has been done countless times and I even contemplated it myself... (since I love the look of the F4i) but my F4 is in too good of shape to tear it apart for merely cosmetic reasons.
Maybe someone else can chime in as to how they wire the high and low at the same time when you switch to high beams..
Hope that helped some.

If you need help with the f4 to f4i wiring i have a write up in my signature. Just click the link and follow the instructions and PM me if you have any questions. The headlight is very easy if you just take your time and it can cost a little cash. I paid 130 for my headlight assembly, 50 for my HID's. If you do the gauges also i paid 150 for digital gauges. and i bought new fairings since the front end is different. Also you need to buy a wire harness so you can get the second bulb hooked up. I bought a harness from an f4i and just spliced the wires to my f4 harness and hooked the headlight relay so the light operates properly. I hope that helps. My high and low beams work fine and there seems to be no extra load on my charging system with them both operating. Also if you can try to invest in a regulator rectifier with the fins like i did, that might be the reason my charging systems seems okay. Good luck!!
