Default electrical question

Ok peep its my first post and I have been rebuilding a cbr f4 for over a year. Bike runs beautifully. Ok so I was rewiring. my blinker in front due to previous owner crashing bike and I noticed there was a pair of green wires. The left blinker is Orange wires and right is blue. They are all wrapped together anyone with a clue as to what the heck these go to?

Green is a ground wire. You need a +12V and a ground wire going to each signal. If it has running lights there will also be a third +12V wire.

so even tho the blinkers are not hooked up as of now since they were cut when i got the bike. the green are some type of running light? I have a set of aftermarket flush mount blinkers coming so i just dont want to miss an important part to fixing this bike right. The wires in question are one green wire and one green with white striped wire.

The solid green should be the ground. The striped one might be for a running light. You can check it with a multimeter by checking for voltage across the two when the key is turned on.
