Hi guys my rev counter back light seems to flicker on and off and also my n light works wen it wants is there anything anyone nows thats common prob for this or is it just guna be a dogy connection???? Thanks

 

For starters, look at the neutral switch or maybe clutch diode. Pull up a wiring diagram from here or online and trace these parts down. Its simple when you look at the wiring diagram. Its a process of elimanation sometimes too.

 

A second note on that neutral switch, check your kickstand sensor as well.. You kno.. The one that won't let you go if it's down or if it's not in neutral etc

 

Try cleaning out the connection with some contact cleaner and than pack the connection with di-electric grease, it might help and it will keep the connections clean and water free.
