If anyone can tell me, please, witch wires are the best to steel electricity for digital voltmetar, I will place it on steering triangle

Anything after the ignition switch should be fine. Light leads are usually easy to get to. I have a phone charger plug run off the constant side of my front brake light switch. Just make sure you're not pulling from the back side of a relay or a resistor.
