Hey guys, I just got a new sprocket and chain set. I am having a real difficult time removing the front front sprocket. I have the bike in gear and I', using an impact gun to try and get that bolt off but no luck so far. What do I do?

 

I use a 2x4 between the spokes and swing-arm to arrest the sprocket.
With the impact, you might get by with a friend sitting on the bike
and holding down the rear brake.
