So I bought my first Cbr yesterday and really looking foreward to driving it in the summer. But needs some work. The previous owner had put a flush mount signal kit on it. The signals work but on the dash the lights for the signals are always on. He had also installed a led taillight with built in signal lights. But the brake light does not work. I was wondering if anybody had any wiring diagrams so i could fix these problems.

As for your signal/lighting problem... Sounds to me as if the signals/led tail light were wired/installed improperly.

There are wiring diagrams available in the factory Honda shop service manual. There are links here on the forum for the online version. Download it & keep it handy.
