Default CBR600 F4 dies after fill-up a few miles into ride......

Not sure whats up but need some help with this.... I have a 99 CBR 600 F4 that almost 90% of the time I fill it up, it stahls out between 10 and 30 miles down the road. No signs of hesitation or sputter, just ups and dies. If I do not fill up and leave some room in the tank, it does not stahl out. Usually after setting about 5-10 mins. I'll try to start it, it'll start with white smoke coming out of pipe and run great until next fill up.
So far I have cleaned and relined the inside of my tank, changed fuel filter and petcock filter. Also have checked both wires and plugs (but not changed) as well as checked the vacuum and air lines to and from tank and air box. Any other thoughts to as why this may be happening would be greatly appreciated.

Did you add any additives to your tank when you put gas into it? And how much do you fill up? Are you filling up till it's completely full? White smoke sounds a bit irregular to be coming out of the exhaust after just a fill up.

So just to double check you have three tubes coming out of the tank, one going to the fuel filter, the other two are not connected to anything correct? How does your air filter look? It wont be the cause of it cutting out and it wont solve the white smoke but it will add to the info. All I can say to that is do you put seafoam or other additives in your fuel?

Check the vent tube. Sounds like air lock.

^agreed. When it dies on you, have you opened the tank then tried to start it again?

No additives added, straight premium fuel everytime. As for the the filter, just changed as well as the fuel lines, vent hoses and claened and reacidified the inside of tank. The white smoke only lasts a few seconds while the fuel works its way back into the bike. I have not tried to start the bike with the tank open. Until recently only had one key. Now I have two since another told me to try that..lol.... Thanks for all the help and info. I will lwt you know what goes from here.
