Default CBR HID kit - Does this look right?

Hey guys. I installed a HID kit (6000k) on my CBR600F4 the other day and noticed its projecting the shape of my headlamp at a high level. Is it supposed to look like this? I can't tell if I'm blinding oncoming drivers or not. Picture below:

Unless you installed a projector kit it is probably blinding oncoming traffic. The reflector housing was not designed to be used with HIDs and the beam pattern is different than with stock bulbs.

If I ever decide on HIDs I'm going to take the extra time and money and do it with a projector kit.

Jeff is right, it looks like you don't have a projector with your HID. It sucks to drive and ride into that light, tbh I would go back to the regular bulb and then get a projector retrofit kit if I wanted HIDs
