can you adjust manual cct to near end of threads?
i asked a person at a motorcycle shop "when will i know to replace my cam chain if i have an a.p.e. manual cct"? they replied with " i can keep adjusting it(cct) in until it runs out of thread and when the thread runs out then it would be time to replace the cam chain". is this true?

ok, thanks.
this f4...i stay on top of ALL maintenance religously it takes the beating i try to give it and laughs at me begging for more, lol. my friend has a tuned vtx 1800 cc cruiser bike and i run away from him so fast he has to check to make sure his **** is still running. ha ha. he cant figure out why a lil ole 600 can. he doesnt know about these little inline fours.
my rules are, i never take it to redline (dont need to to have fun), always let it warm up before any agressive riding, no wheelies and burn outs...that should give me a lot of fun miles ahead.
its my main transportation so im finding out what the cbr likes and dont like. it definatly likes the cooler weather rather than the heat.
only thing i have to complain about is having to get new tires left and right from getting nails in my new tires after a few months. already replaced two. i dont trust plugging a tire
