Ok, thanks I pulled plugs and 1,2 are whiter than 3and4. 3and4 are tanish color. There is only a whiteish color on 1and2. I'm looking at carbs now and ideas, without cracking them open?

Yeah but, if 1 and 2 are white ish, doesn't that mean they have a spark ? And no fuel, the other 3 and 4 are brownish color like normal.

Correct. #1 and #2 are not getting the correct amount of fuel. Unless they're powdery white...thats something different altogether.

Could also be a vacuum leak around 1 and 2 resulting in too much air and not enough vacuum to pull fuel in...

Which could happen if a common vacuum line came off.

What if they are powdery white? What does that indicate?

so im up and running again! wheew! cleaned carbs, replaced ignition coils, ignition coil harness, spark plugs (used die electric grease in connectors), checked all connections from ignition and start/ kill switch to coils (all good), took off the kick stand switch and cleaned the connections checked nuetral switch (all good). after charging the battery it fired right up. it runs noticably smoother now, this time i cleaned out the carbs on the diaphram, spring and needle side. its never been cleaned in fifty thousand miles. i cleaned literally a table spoon (not exagerating) amount of brownish black soot, sludge and bugs from under the rubber diaphrams. it was unbeleivable how much was backed up in there.
