Another Hid Questionaire.
I am aware there has already been a few of these threads but it seems each one I came by did not have all the information I needed.
Currently riding a '00 F4 I want to have a matching set of hid lights. (High/Low) What i have found is that some of these bulbs will not work based on the voltage level. My first question is where can I get a set of these bulbs that will actually match my bikes voltage? secondly a question on installation. Are there any major changes I must make first to prepare installation?
If these questions have already been answered in other threads I apologize but none of the ones i found seemed to be of much help.
- Thanks, Cody

Not sure what you are asking.. They are all 12v systems.. Is the kelvin rating that differs and some have wattage from 35w to 55w..
I have a DDM tuning 35w 5000K setup for the H4 bulb that our F4 uses.. I have it new in the box waiting to go on.. The higher the kelvin rating, the less light is thrown and the bluer or more purple the beam becomes. 5000k is almost pure white... Hint of blue.. That's what I wanted... 35w is no issue for stock wiring.. Others have used 55w without issue but I don't need that much light... It's also a high and low setup..
I hope that clears things up a bit..
