Airbox seam splitting? Cause of flooding?

So my bike one day just started sputterimg. I noticed the carb's were flooding. More specifically the left most carb was full of gas. Im not sure if the bike leaning on the kickstand is causing the gas to go to that side or if there really is a problem with that carb.

But I took the carbs apart and did a thorough cleaning. Reassembled and it's still flooding. I was thinking about swapping plugs out next but I noticed the airbox is coming apart just abobe the clamps on the bottom that attach to the carbs. It's almost like the glue melted and it's separating a bit. I could push it down and get it to sit snug but I can't say it's air tight. Could that cause my bike to flood?

Sticky float and valves cause the flooding, it's not the air box.id try cleaning the carbs again and making sure the float and float valve are working....
