My 1999 CBR F4 cuts off mid ride when I go to 4th gear. I have checked the stator, replaced R/R and checked that the battery is good. Battery reads 12.9 volts but nearly 20 to 30 minutes later its barely 12.3. It seems to be the battery to me but after the multimeter testing is there anything I can do to narrow it down to one of the three charging system components? I have checked original R/R too. It actually still works. I opted for a replacement with better cooling.
