2000 CBR600F4 Taillight Wiring
#11
Most likely shorted wire somewhere, or even incorrectly connected power-wire to ground.
Best to remove as much of that crappy wiring as possible and restore harness to 100% stock OEM condition.
Remove all that tape and probably finger-twisted wires and put back original connectors

Then attach matching connectors to aftermarket lights so it's straight plug-n-play installation.
makes it very easy to go back to stock for troubleshooting

Exactly like how factory lights are terminated and you just plug directly into factory harness after unplugging factory lights. No need to hack up harness, creating shorts and blowing fuses. Will work perfectly 1st time around because you did it exactly like Honda factory. But instead of plugging in factory turn signals and tailight on assembly line, you plug in the integrated taillight of your own choosing. No splicing wires necessary.
Left turn-signal
Tail & brake lights (need 3x)
Right turn-signal
Or if you don't want to make your turn-signals/tail-lights plug-n-play, you can get adapter-harness to fit your aftermarket LED light's bullet-connectors to factory harness connector:
