1999 cbr 600 f4 shutting off
 

New here and fairly new to riding altogether so be kind.
Recently purchased a 1999 cbr 600 f4 very clean with only 12800 miles. Starts right up no issues, all new fluids and for about the first 15 minutes of riding, runs great. Once it warms up, it starts to sputter like its running out of gas (full tank) then the oil light comes on and just dies (it has fresh full oil). I pull over, turn the key off, wait 2 minutes and starts right back up and goes. Get about a mile or 2 down the road and then same thing happens!!
What could this be?? I am completely lost, have no clue.
I am fairly mechanically inclined but have no clue where to start trouble shooting.....any ideas??

Welcome. The next time it happens, while it's struggling open the gas cap and see if that improves things.
