yoshi rs-3 slipon - have a ? about a noise
when in first and second gears in low rpms, with a little throttle when cruising around the exaust makes a sound like its a harley. its a low, almost studdering/popping sound. it doesnt seem to affect perfomance at all, just sounds odd. once i get on the throttle the studdering sound goes away and a nice consistant tone takes its place. i just wanted to know if this is a common sound for our yoshi pipes. if i can get a chance ill post up the sound. i bought the bike used with the slipon already installed.
it has had its plugs changed, carbs cleaned, jetted and synced, air and fuel filters replaced.

some of them just have a screw under the outlet pipe right at the end of the exhaust, you unscrew it and then can pull the baffles out with some pliers. You can't do it on my scorpion (which is a shame) but then again it keeps the police off of my case.
the popping noise/tone is most prominent around 4.5k rpms in second gear, it happens when decelerating then holding around those rpms. im sure its nothing, i just want to make sure everything is copacetic.

I wouldnt worry about it, sounds similar to the way mine was. Now cut that bitch down to 10"s and go bother people.
