im doing a motor swap at the moment (1 st timer) from my f3 with no title to a frame with a title. everything is goin just fine, but the 3 prong electrical coupling that located under the seat in front of the battery is cut. im not sure why but it was. what does this green connector goto? thanks

 

not positive, but my 96 f3 600cc has a little green wire, and a little half black half blue wire going to the fuel pump if that helps, but there are a lot of green wires on the bike, there's a cooling fan one as well up front, I would get a copy of the service manual, it should have wiring in it.

 

does the green connector look like this????

If thats the one it goes to the kickstand.
You can bypass the kickstand switch be connecting the 2 outer wires i think i`ll have to look at the colors to be sure.

 

+1 ont the kickstand saftey switch...i just figured out this one myself!
