Yeah- I was in traffic the other day and noticed the guage was hot and never heard or felt a fan ome on. I am new to rice rockets, I didn't even know it had a fan.

i knew mine has one but i never felt or heard it...and it just got hotter....and hotter...

might wanna pull the fan off and connect it directly to 12 volts. If it runs then your fan switch in the radiator might be bad. Also check the fuses, there is a fuse for the fan.

Could also be a bad theromostat. Having no coolant getting to your engine, will cause it to heat up, and the fan won't kick on because the coolant wont be there to activate the fan switch.
