TURN SIGNAL PROB!

I have a 95, CBR f3 and just put in new turn signals(Non-LEDS)... apparently, one side blinks FASTER than the other.. I checked the ground, and they use the same ground.. so What could this mean?

Recheck your wires...you have something crossed.It sounds liek the problem i had...and that was the solution.
