Default took carbs off, random hose...

I have no f'in clue where this hose goes... any advice?

pic is too blurry, but if you are talking about the two on the bracket at top of pic ( I think those are your tank vents) I can't really make it out though

If talking about the main ( ram air ) hose's... there are many diagrams on this site just hit the search button and search for one.

If Im looking at the right one, you have it turned upside down and it's an air filter. Correct? That hose on there is Just a drain tube, just in case gas goes through the air hoses. It just hangs down and doesnt connect to anything. Hope that's the one !

I know it connect to the air filter (one of them at least) and thought I pulled it off by accident and found no connection. Figured it was a drain but needed second, third, fourth opinions do not want to break my baby

I killed the battery trying to start it - carbs are cleaned minus the D-tool where I have no clue where to get. everything else I cleaned and it was dirty

Well now what...

Cleaned the carbs, still doesn't start. Just tried until battery dies. Fuel filter? spark plugs? what is my next step ya think guys/gals?

Does it sound like it even wants to start? Uncrew your idle screw untill its almost all the way out then try starting it and screwing it in a half turn at a time. You should hear engine start to kick eventually .

Did you plug the iat sensor back in when you put the tank back down? Pinched fuel hose?

Ya sensor is in, no pinched hose. Unscrewed it all the way by accident. It just revs and revs no kick over at all. That's why I thought maybe related to another issue the one thing I didn't do is use the d-tool
