temperature gauge not working

hi all the temperature gauge has stoped working. there is water in the bike the question is will it be the sender unit or the gauge or something compleatley diffrent can some one help please

Did you manage to get this repaired? I have the same problem now... :-(
I've just ordered the haynes manual but hoping for a quick fix...

more than likely the temp sensor...my bike is in the shop right now and they just replaced it for me, but we haven't let it run long enough yet to see if it works
