Suspension setup

Does anyone have any comments or guidelines on setting up the suspension on your bike or can anyone refer me to a site where I can get info on this subject

one thing i learned.....if you have the front too tight, your arms start to hurt after a while of hitting some bumps. I keep mine somwhat tight up front for handling but softer in the back for comfort. I've had a lot of compliments on ride quality compared to some other bikes. My friend has a gixxer that is rough as hell!

RE: Suspension setup

depends on what u want it set up for , if its just for everyday street riding i wouldnt touch it, unless your on the track then u need to revalve the stock suspension front and rear and drop new race tech srings in the front , stock f3 suspension doesnt give u much to play with , u can take a 14mm wrench and crank the front springs down from the tops of the forks and mess with the damping screw which is also at the top of the fork, the rear shock has a damping screw on the bottom right side of the shock , and the spring can b adjusted by turning the whole bottom of the shock , think it has 3 different settings
