Default suspension

I have a 95 f3 and I am wanting to put newer model suspension on it. But I was wondering if any one would know what all model shocks andforks would fit on it. I would also like to go with inverted forks but does anyone know if that can be done and what all parts would I need.

The stock rear shock from a F4 or F4i will fit the F3. It will raise the tail about an inch, or you could keep checking ebay to see if anyone is selling a Fox Clicker or Ohlins rear shock. i've seen them on ebay for about $300 for a used one. Also racetech fork springs, and gold valves work well with the front forks on the F3. If you really want inverted forks, you would need pretty much the whole front end from a newer 600rr (ie. forks, tripple tree, clip-ons, front brakes/wheel...) Good luck

IMO,an usd fork on an F2 or F3is overkill.

Springs and oil will do you fine on the front. An F4 shock will fit if you ram the ride height all the way in.Your seat will still be high.If you can find an aftermarket F3 shock, that's the way to go.Fox will do fine 'til you're ready to win sanctioned races.
