I was just told my uncle paid someone to go through the carbs. Must not have used new parts. It's leaking fuel from the bowl drain and from the part where the fuel bowl meets the carbs. May need gone through again and new gaskets used and O rings. The leak is probably sucking air when trying to start.

If you let the bike sit for long and haven't drained the carbs or put some sort of stabilizer in them, they will get gummed up. Ethanol is rough on small engines, especially anything with a carb.

If they are leaking from you state, they will need to be gone through again, either by you are a mech. If you choose to do it, depending on how handy you are with a wrench, it is a doable job, There's tons of help on here and other sites to get you through it. but it will take some special tools and lots and lots of patience. Having a mech do it is easier, but you have to find one who can do it correctly and of course it is more $$.

Turns out the fuel wasn't leaking from the bowl gasket. Two of the carbs were leaking fuel from (air supply from main jet) part on the top of the carb. I used the sticky post about identifying stuff on these carbs. Took the bowls off the carbs and cleaned them all out and cleaned out the jets. They were pretty dirty. Bike starts and runs now. It does smoke a little from running to rich. I'm going to have to look up adjusting them now. Thanks for all the info and help!

Not trying to beat a dead horse here but my uncle said the fuel in it was a couple years old. It was starting everytime but sometimes I would have to Rev it pretty hard to even get to 3k rpms. I decided to take it all apart again and clean out every line and drain the tank. Issue now is I can't get it to start. Do I need to prime all the fuel lines when putting it back together? I took it back apart again and the fuel bowls were empty and completely dry. It would just crank then a loud and I mean loud backfire is all I was getting.

No dead horses to be beaten.
If the carbs are dry, they are a chore to get going properly.
The f3 fuel pump doesn't do much at all until the engine is actually running.
To get around that, you can trick the system into thinking that its running is on the right side, near the seat (I'm not around my bike at the moment or I'd snap a pic), there's a flat 4 wire connector. If you jumper the black wire to the black/blue wire with the key in the on position, the fuel pump will kick on. This will prime everything for you.

It can, but not overly likely
Did you remove the plug wires? That can cause that if they aren't correct.

Also, if it is lean it will do that. Make sure your pilot jets are out around 2.5 turns.

I will try to do that with the pump tomorrow. I didn't remove the plugs or wires and I didn't remove the Piolet jets when I cleaned the carbs. Either way I had it running after I cleaned them just not after I cleaned everything else out.

Hopefully this will be my last update. I'm sure there was an easier way to take plugs out. I removed the tank, air box, and coil packs to give me room to get to the spark plugs. I removed them and they were fouled out. Didn't smell like gas as much as just old fuel and water. I cleaned them really good and put them back in. I also jumped the fuel pump to try and prime the fuel lines. I put everything back together and it fired right up. Starts smoother, revs faster, let's just hope tomorrow it does the same. I'm a noob and don't have my permit yet so maybe I can get my uncle over soon to test drive it and see how everything goes. Once again thanks everyone.
