Default Stalling out when pulling clutch 3rd gear and up

I have a 95 600 f3
i just modified the air intake pipes to face foward as they were directed to the side before. (The bike is naked) Bought it beat up for cheap. No cluster. None of the switches work. The choke is "bypassed" or locked? The ignotion switch is also "bypassed" (iv mounted one to the side of the bike)

The bike now gets more throttle in the higher gears but at the high speeds if i pull the clutch all the way in it stalls. I suspect its just not getting enough gas while the clutch is pulled. If i let it go immediately the bike will fire up again and runs as long as im giving it gas.

In 1st, 2nd, 3rd gear its alright with the low idle. Im gonna turn the idle screw in some more and hope it does the trick but id rather not have the bike idling high as hell when im sitting at a light or in low gear.

Iv done quite a bit of work to the bike myself and pretty much brought it back to life. Redirecting the air intakes was an attempt to get more power in the high send. Which as i said before it now does. Im just looking to gain some more info or thoughts to toss around myself

Thanks
