alrighty then well thanks everyone for your input I'm thinking I'll go with the Yoshimura since I dont have that big a budget. It doesnt seem like the best, but versus stock it'll probably be a nice change.

oh and another question: how much difference is there between different models of bikes as far as slip on's are concerned? Does anybody know of other models of bikesthat theslip on's are interchangeablwith the f3?

not sure about interchangeablility. I would love to be able to swap the staintune from my triumph onto the F3 coz that pipe sounds really cool on my Sprint.

how about between the f2 and f3? most of the pipes i've looked at so far seem to be interchangeable but are they all like that?

I was just on the Two Brothers page and it is listed that CBRs 1991-1998 use the same exhaust.

well any pipe on the f2 will be slower compared to the f3 because the carbs are way diffrent the F2 is crazy detuned compared to the f3 from what i was told but dont hold that to me

Its your link pipe that will matter. As long as the holes are the same diameter and you can make the bracket reach they should swap over ok.

Some manufacturers claim no rejetting needed because some slip ons have two advantages, first the weight, second its the top end horsepower gains because of the reduced back pressure on some cans. Plus the horsepower gain is within the normal bandwith of any engine. After all no engine is the same and BHP claims are never always true. They vary slightly by a few horsepower.
