UPDATE

been and removed the tank and i have the same simulur issue the third wire which has burnt on all the plugs etc is burnt as well

so one wire all the way to the stator is burnt at it connection points

very strange those yesturday i wasnt able to get any resistance between the burnt plug wire (yellow 3) n any ov the other 2 yellow wires 2days im getting good reading between all 3 0.8 on all 3 very strange

good job on weds im goin to a bike electristion who guna help me out with my wiring cant take having to charge every time i use the bike

 

At this point I'd be replacing the stator, r/r again, and fix the wiring. No sense in going back and forth dealing with old parts.

Just do it and be done with it. Then go ride!
